The team led by Carlos Dunga has not been convincing in the 2007 America Cup.

Brazil had a weak start losing 2-0 to Mexico, but they had a better showing beating Chile 3-0, and in the last Group B game. They finished in second place in the group, which was a slap in the face for Brazil, which is accustomed to winning every game.

Dunga has been heavily criticized in Brazil for the showings his team has had. The Brazilians have been far from the "beautiful game" that the Brazilians want.

Brazilian has seemed heavily dependent of Real Madrid striker Robinho, who has scored all four of the Brazilian goals.

Chile coach Nelson Acosta stated, "the Brazilians are many levels above us". He said that in order to take the pressure off of his team.

"We have not had good results in game against Brazil lately and finding a strategy to play against them is a real mystery", he added.

However, Acosta was satisfied with how his team controlled the first meeting they had against Brazil up until 10 minutes left, when the Chilean debacle happened.

Probable Starters:

Chile: Claudio Bravo; Alvaro Ormeño, Pablo Contreras, Jorge Vargas, Ismael Fuentes, Gonzalo Jara; Rodrigo Meléndez, Arturo Sanhueza; Jorge Valdivia, Mark González and Humberto Suazo.

Brazil: Doni, Alex Silva, Alex, Juan, Gilberto Silva, Mineiro, Gilberto, Elano, Diego o Anderson, Vágner Love and Robinho.
